Seventh graders use the Olympics to test their math skills

Students in Ms. Dunmire’s 7th grade math class did a quick spiral review recently using an interactive Olympic Theme to practice math skills learned thus far this year.

Students rotated through six different events and practiced skills that they have learned so far this year. The events included punch ball, jump rope, bowling, baseball, basketball and tennis. While completing the tasks, students timed themselves with their iPads. After completing the activities, they used their results to solve the math based on PSSA tested material.

It was a great day!
