2022 Senior Breakfast

The Annual Senior Class Breakfast took place on Friday, May 27. The seniors had the opportunity to share a final social event together before their commencement ceremony on Wednesday, June 1. This year, the Senior Class officers chose to have a pajama party themed event and called it “Dream Big”.

Thanks to the school district, the parent committee, and donations from local businesses, the seniors were served a catered breakfast from Westwood and received class gifts of embroidered blankets and socks. Some lucky seniors even won some really great raffle items like a mini fridge, Kuerig, Bluetooth speakers, TV, gift cards, and many more.

Thank you to the following companies/organizations who helped to make this a memorable event for the class of 2022:  American Buyer’s Discount Mattress Store, Brenner Contracting, Carmine’s Barber Shop, Chick-fil-A at the Waterfront, Dave & Buster’s, Fox’s Diner, Jay Costa for Senate, Kennywood Giant Eagle, Local Motion, Mrs. Fitzgerald, Mrs. Katanick, Mrs. Wittmer, Mr. Fallon, Munhall Girls’ Softball, Pizza Company, Ray Schon Insurance, Dr. Spellman D.M.D, State of the Art Systems, Steel Valley Wellness, Studio West, and TT Nails. There was also an awesome group of senior parent/guardian volunteers who helped with fundraising, decorating, shopping for the raffle items, serving, and clean-up.

The senior class sponsor, Mrs. Beth McCallister is very proud of the senior class and all they’ve accomplished during their years at Steel Valley. “I am excited to see what the future holds for these students. They are a very talented and hard working group and they will be missed”, said McCallister. “I’m also very grateful to the awesome group of senior parent/guardian volunteers who helped with fundraising, decorating, shopping for the raffle items, serving, and clean-up.”
