Middle School Physical Announcement

Any 6th, 7th or 8th grader planning on playing a sport next school year, physicals are scheduled for Friday, May 9th, Monday, May 12th and Friday, May 16th.  All completed physicals forms must be turned into the Athletic Office by Wednesday, May 7th to receive a physical.  The forms are available in the Athletic, High School and Middle School Offices or download here.  You can sign up for a fall sport on the sheets outside the Athletic Office.

High School Physical Announcement
