Graduating seniors should return their district iPads on their last day of finals. Please take a moment to read this letter that details the process to properly return this equipment.
Dear Parents and Guardians of Graduating Seniors,
As we near the conclusion of your student's final year with us, we want to provide details regarding the return of the District-issued iPads. These devices have been valuable educational tools during your student's time here, and it is essential that we collect them before graduation to prepare for their reissue in the coming school year.
iPad Collection Details:
· Dates: May 13 - 17, 2024
· Items to bring: iPad in its case, charger, and charging cable
Please ensure your senior brings the specified items to school on their last day of finals. This step is crucial in helping us maintain our resources for future students. Students are asked to return their iPad to Room 245 in the High School on their last day of school.
Preparing for Collection:
Prior to turning in the District-issued iPad, students are encouraged to use the Google Transfer or Export feature to save their files and email for future reference. Refer to this guide for assistance in using Google Transfer. Student Google accounts will be disabled on July 8, 2024; files and email will no longer be available after July 8, 2024.
If Absent on the Collection Week:
If your child is unable to attend school on the collection day, please contact our Technology Department as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date.
