Cruce is staying close by at the University of Pittsburgh, where he will be a defensive back. He ran for 1,663 yards, threw for 785 yards, intercepted 7 passes, and accounted for 35 total touchdowns.

Together, Greg and Cruce helped the Ironmen go 32-12 in their four years in high school. The last two years, Steel Valley has posted a 23-2 record, won back-to-back conference championships, and this year won the WPIAL Class 2A championship - the sixth in school history.
