Seniors race past juniors in annual Homecoming Powder Puff Game

From the moment they stepped on the field, the girls from the Class of 2026 made it clear that they were not about to let the Class of 2027 steal their moment.

The senior girls raced out to an early lead and defeated the junior girls 40-14 in the annual Homecoming Powder Puff game at Campbell Field.

The seniors were determined from the start, winning the annual tug-of-war battle with two consecutive victories in the best of three series. Then, as the skies cleared and the game got underway, the seniors took back the opening kickoff for a touchdown en route to a 22-0 halftime lead.

The juniors showed their resilience. They battled back with a pair of second half touchdowns, but the seniors put the game away with another touchdown right at the final buzzer.
