Community Support: Weekend Food Bags for Our Students
We understand that times are especially challenging right now with SNAP benefits currently unavailable. At Steel Valley School District, we want to ensure that every student has access to nutritious meals — not only during the school week but throughout the weekend as well.
Starting this Friday, bags of food will be available to any student who would like to take one.
Each bag includes items to help cover breakfast, lunch, and snacks for the weekend.

The third and fourth graders want to say thanks to Charlie Batch and everyone at the Best of the Batch Foundation! Yesterday the Batch Foundation provided students and staff with supplies for the state tests, and Charlie had some inspirational words for the students!
