Park Elementary Welcomes Mrs. Deirdre Kamauf

 

We are thrilled to welcome Mrs. Deirdre Kamauf to Park Elementary!  Mrs. Kamauf is our new 3rd grade English Language Arts and Social Studies teacher.  She has been a teacher with the Steel Valley School District for 22 years, the last eight of which she spent as a kindergarten teacher at Barrett Elementary.  

Deirdre is a proud Steel Valley graduate.  Afterwards, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Duquesne University.

Mrs. Kamauf enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and attending sporting events with her two daughters.  She also likes walking her dog.  Deirdre's favorite color is purple, and she really likes country music.Mrs. Kamauf loved when she taught 3rd grade and is looking forward to working with students who are more independent.  She is thrilled to be here!
