Park Elementary Welcomes Ms. Kylie Murphy

We are ecstatic to welcome Ms. Kylie Murphy to our school community!  Ms. Murphy is a Trauma Based Intervention Specialist who will be supporting students here at Park Elementary full-time.

Kylie previously served as a developmental therapist.  She graduated from West Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Intervention and is planning to begin working towards a Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis this fall.

In her free time, Ms. Murphy likes shopping and enjoys sports, especially going to Steeler and Penguin games.  Kylie played volleyball when she was younger, and it is something she continues to enjoy.

Kylie was encouraged by teachers and other mentors to pursue a career as an Intervention Specialist, and she is glad she followed their advice.  Ms. Murphy is thrilled to be here at Park Elementary, where she has the opportunity to do meaningful work and make a difference in the lives of many, many students.
