Park Elementary Welcomes Mr. Alex Grace

We are delighted to welcome Mr. Alex Grace to Park Elementary!  Mr. Grace is serving as a building substitute teacher.  He has really enjoyed getting to know all of the students and staff in the building over the last couple weeks.  

 

Alex graduated from Steel Valley in 2017 and went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from California University of Pennsylvania.  He has lived in Munhall his whole life -- he grew up on Cambria Street and now lives in Munhall Gardens.  In his free time, Alex enjoys fishing, hiking, and playing sports.  He also is the Middle School Girls' Volleyball Coach.

 

Mr. Grace said his mother and a number of other teachers he's had over the years made a big difference in his life, and he wants to have that same kind of a positive impact on others.  He is excited to be in classrooms working with kids and helping out anyway he can.  Please take a second to welcome Mr. Alex Grace to Park Elementary!
