Gratitude

Mrs. Callahan’s 3rd English Language Arts class read a story called Gratitude the Great by a former Steel Valley graduate, Pamelyn Rocco.  Afterward, students drew hearts of gratitude and shared what they are most grateful for! 

 

This was a great lesson reminding us of all the things we have to be grateful for, and the kids also saw how someone just like them can work hard in school and become an author!
