Strong Girl

A big congratulations to Addison Hruska, who was the Strong Girl award winner for Strong Women, Strong Girls!  Strong Women, Strong Girls is a popular After School Club at Park, where third and fourth grade girls have the chance to work with young women from the University of Pittsburgh.  Addison was nominated for the award by Mrs. Mary Jo Sklencar, the After School Club Director.  

 

As the Strong Girl award winner, Addison and her family, along with Mrs. Sklencar, had the chance to attend the Pens Game last night.  Not only did they attend, but Addison co-hosted the game with Celina Pompeani!  They performed all the entertainment and made all of the announcements on the Jumbotron!

 

Congratulations again to Addison and all of the Strong Girls at Park Elementary!
