Park showcases Ironmen Pride with pep rally

Park Elementary opened its doors to the high school students for a pep rally on October 13 in order to get ready for the big homecoming football game.

Park students heard about the importance of leadership and teamwork from the captains of the fall sports teams, were introduced to this year's homecoming court, chanted along with the cheerleaders, and listened to the Steel Valley Marching Band.

Park students also faced off against the high schoolers in a couple of activities. The kids from Park must've had a good breakfast, because they beat the high school students at every game, whether it was a round of mini golf, a sack race, a push-up challenge, and even a tug-of-war contest.

Thanks to the high school students for coming by to help Park showcase its Ironmen Pride!
