SVMS Drama Club performs selection of scenes and monologues

Students in the Steel Valley Middle School Drama Club presented a collection of short scenes and monologues on Wednesday, May 21.

The students have a wide range of experience - some have appeared in Steel Valley productions in the past, while others were performing on stage in front of an audience for the first time. The performance was an opportunity for them to showcase some of the skills and techniques they've developed while working with club sponsor Ms. Christine Schott.

There was plenty of laughter, along with a few dramatic twists. There were 15 total scenes performed, including nine monologues.

Congratulations to all of the students for taking the brave step and performing on stage! We hope to see them back on stage next year for more performances!
