Our construction team continues to make excellent progress on Steel Valley Elementary!
The school board toured the new building prior to the board meeting on Thursday, May 21 and received an updated on the project. We're excited to be on track to welcome students and staff for the start of the 2026-27 year.
The photos included in this update showcases several notable areas in the building. The secure vestibule entrance, classrooms across multiple grade levels, built-in furniture and features within the classrooms, small-group and large-group learning areas, flexible learning spaces, the media center and library, lockers for upper elementary students, the STREAM space, and more.
We'll continue to provide updates throughout the summer as we move closer and closer to opening.
