It’s been a whirlwind start for Steel Valley’s new Director of Pupil Services. Ms. Renee Kozusko started her new job shortly before the school year began and she has devoted these first few weeks to immersing herself in the ins and outs of her role. It’s been hectic, but it’s exactly where Ms. Kozusko wants to be.

The Steel Valley School District is excited to welcome its students back to school for the 2022-23 school year. Kindergarten, fifth grade and ninth grade students went through a transition day on August 24, while all other students had their first day of classes on Thursday, August 25. Pass will get you admission to all home fall sporting events. Pass must be presented at event for admission. All middle school and elementary students MUST be accompanied by an adult. Passes can only be purchased in the Athletic Office Monday - Friday from 7:15 am – 2:45 pm.
At Steel Valley High School from 9:30 AM - 2:00 PM on September 9, 2022 Services include but are not limited to: immunizations, routine physical exams, sick child visits, and adolescent and young adult healthcare. All services provided by the care mobile are provided at no out of pocket cost to you. Walk ins are welcome BUT NOT GUARANTEED because spaces are limited. We encourage you to contact your school nurse or to secure a time slot.
Save yourself the stress of cooking the day before school officially begins and stop by the Waterfront Chick Fil A on Wednesday, August 24th, from 5 PM-8 PM. Mention SVMS Student Government, and a portion of the proceeds from this fundraiser will go towards our organization.
