Stand Together - Mar. 2023

Today SVMS celebrated St. Patrick’s Day and Stand Together promoted the powerful message of 1:4 teens suffering from a Mental Illness through a series of activities during lunch as well as every 4th locker being decorated with starbursts and skittles this morning. Each student was given a prize with a powerful message if they played PLINKO or spun the Prize Wheel during lunch and the Stand Together team had reflection activities such as “I am lucky because...” for additional prizes like slinkies and stress balls. Last, a photo booth was set up to celebrate our differences and similarities! It was a great day!
