Barrett shows off school spirit with pep rally

Barrett Elementary welcomed high school students for a pep rally on October 13 in order to get ready for the big homecoming football game.

Barrett students listened to the high school students talk about the importance of leadership, kindness, and teamwork, met this year's homecoming court, chanted with the cheerleaders, and listened to the Steel Valley Marching Band.

Barrett students also faced off against the high schoolers in a couple of activities. The kids from Barrett had a lot of energy as they competed in a three-legged race, a tug-of-war, and a push-up challenge. Even Principal Winters joined in on the push-up challenge!

Thanks to the high school students for coming by to help Barrett showcase its Ironmen Pride!
