Congratulations to youth basketball teams on successful season

This year’s Steel Valley Youth Basketball season was a tremendous success!

We had nearly 100 Steel Valley youth participate, with both girls and boys competing across 8 divisions. The league featured over 70 teams from Westinghouse (White Oak), East Allegheny (EA), Elizabeth Forward (EF), Duquesne, Norwin, and Steel Valley.

Our program made a strong impact—placing 5 teams in championship games and bringing home 3 titles! Congratulations to our 2nd grade team and both our 7/8 grade boys and girls teams on being crowned champions!

A special shoutout to our 3/4 grade girls team, who finished an incredible undefeated regular season and came up just two points short in the championship. Coach Greg and his group gave it everything in their bid to repeat.

We also proudly welcomed a group from our Steel Valley youth football program under our umbrella. They are now competing in a league made up of teams from their football conference—great to see continued growth and opportunity for our athletes.
