Inside a mechanic's garage in a nondescript small town in the heartland of America, Natalie can fix just about anything -- at least, as long as it has a motor.
When it comes to mending her widowed father's broken heart or her own adventures in the search for love, however, Natalie is at a loss. She's not alone. Honky-Tonk owner Sylvia has all but given up on love, while her daughter Lorraine is a hopeless romantic. Museum caretaker Miss Sandra turns heads throughout town but can't find happiness. And awkward Dennis might be the most lost of all, as he struggles to find the courage to share his feelings for Natalie.
So, when smooth, cool, guitar slingin' and hip-wigglin' Chad rolls into town on his motorcycle fresh out of prison, the small town is bound to be "All Shook Up." Will a smitten Natalie find her true love in Chad? Will the roustabout's confidence and energy shake Dennis, Sylvia, Lorraine, and others out of their ruts? Or will manipulative Mayor Matilda use her influence to intervene and stop everyone from falling in love?
