Barrett Elementary celebrates Halloween with Trunk or Treat

Ghouls, goblins, superheroes, princesses, and cartoon characters took over the street in front of Barrett Elementary on Wednesday, Oct. 30 as part of our annual Trunk or Treat event.

The costumed students were able to fill their bags with lots of goodies thanks to the generosity of the parents, volunteers, and community organizations who sponsored tables. The students and their families went table to table, meeting some of these outstanding people and getting a delicious treat or cool prize to take home.

Special thanks to the Homestead Volunteer Fire Department for providing extra lighting to ensure our students, staff, and families were safe!
