Steel Valley Board of Directors accepting letters of interest for vacancy on the board

The Steel Valley Board of School Directors is accepting letters of interest for a vacancy on the board. District residents interested in serving on the school board are invited to submit letters of interest. Letters of interest must be received by 12:00 p.m. on Monday, August 14, 2023. The Board will interview the candidates at the work session meeting that evening. The School Board intends to take action to fill the seat on Thursday, August 17, 2023. The position will be on the general election ballot in November 2023 as a four-year-term of office.
