SPORTS PHYSICAL (High School AND Middle School)

Anyone 6th, 7th or 8th grader planning on playing a sport next  school year, physicals are scheduled for Tuesday, May 31st and Wednesday, June 1st • All completed physicals forms must be  turned into the Athletic Office by Friday, May 20th to be  scheduled for a physical. The forms are available in the  Athletic, High School and Middle School Offices and on the Steel Valley website.
