Sport Physicals

Anyone planning on playing a sport next year, physicals are scheduled for Thursday, May 30^st, Friday, May 31^stand Wednesday, June 5^th.  All completed physicals forms must be turned into the Athletic Office by Friday, May 24^thto be scheduled for a physical.  The forms are available in the Athletic, High School and Middle School Offices and on the Steel Valley website.
