Vaccine Clinic - Pathways to Wellness Program

The Steel Valley School District and Pathways to Wellness Program are hosting two additional immunization clinics for Steel Valley students and families.

This is a great opportunity for families with students entering seventh grade and students entering 12th grade to make sure they are up to date on required vaccines. Sixth graders are required to have TDAP and meningitis vaccines to enter seventh grade. High school students must have an updated meningitis vaccine at age 16 to enter 12th grade.
