Steel Valley School District
Black History Month Living Interactive Museum
The Steel Valley School District and Barrett Elementary are thrilled to present our annual Black History Month Living Interactive Museum on Thursday, February 27.
The Living Interactive Museum is an annual celebration of history and culture, featuring carefully cultivated exhibits, a sampling of traditional food, exposure to traditional African folklore and music, and the portrayal of significant historical and cultural figures by Steel Valley students and alumni.
This rich, educational experience is truly something to see for yourself. Community members are welcome to join our students and families to tour this year's Living Interactive Museum. Doors open at 12:30 p.m. at the 12th Avenue entrance.
